Design and implementation of duplex villas in Al-Mugharrazat neighborhood - Riyadh.
It consists of four duplex villas designed in a Mediterranean style. The land area of each villa is 312 square meters and the building area of each villa is 350 square meters.
The villa has a parking garage and a garden. The first floor consists of a majlis, a living hall, a majlis for women’s hospitality, a dining hall, and a kitchen. As for the upper floor, it consists of a master bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room, a bedroom with a bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of these two rooms can be used as an open hall or children's room connected to the main room or office.
The roof floor contains a laundry room, a bedroom with a bathroom for the domestic worker, and a warehouse.
One of the villas was distinguished by the presence of a basement, which was an experiment to see how popular this was. Fortunately, it was the most attractive villa for customers.
