Al Rajhi Residential and Commercial Project:
OAMAS did the architectural designs for a commercial residential project for Sheikh Saleh Al Rajhi. The project is located on a land area of 63,000 square meters south of Taiba Markets and is bordered by King Fahd Road to the west and Olaya Main Street to the east. Several alternatives were presented for the project, which consists of several residential towers containing more than 300 units and a two-storey closed commercial market (mall) with a rental area of 50,000 square meters extending from King Fahd Road to Olaya Street. It also includes an administrative office tower on King Fahd Road, with a building area of 60,000 square metres.
