  The three palaces were designed for one of the Kingdom's well-known businessmen families. Architectural designs and executive plans were prepared with full specifications. In addition, the interior design was prepared through our office in Los Angeles, and the furniture was manufactured and selected from the United States of America, distinguished by the highest international specifications, while reducing costs to 30%. The project was implemented by Al-Latifiya Contracting Company.

The OAMAS office provides specialized engineering consultations, project management, urban planning, architectural design, interior design, energy conservation and construction.
